Culture and engagement is all about how we unite the employee to increase the engagement and sense of belonging with the company. The role will include conducting engagement activities and strengthen Amartha’s culture, Above and Beyond, through various events and programs.
Responsibilities
- Reinforce employee engagement and build a positive working culture that strengthen the organizational capability
- Handle internal campaigns, employee messaging and updates
- Support wellbeing activities through effective methods
- Support data analysis to gather feedback of every engagement activities
- Manage administrative tasks in terms of budget utilization
- High level of energy and the ability to blend in well
- Possess can-do attitude and growth mindset
- Have 3-6 months experience in handling culture & employee engagement would be a plus
- Love to write and seek for new ideas
- Nice to have exposure in creative assets/designs
