We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team, to take ownership of middle-of-the funnel marketing activities to acquire, convert and retain customers across markets such as Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Vietnam and others.
What You'll Be Doing
- Operate CRM marketing software to accommodate business requirements
- Develop and plan middle of the funnel CRM marketing campaigns such as lead nurturing, lead scoring, etc.
- Run and continuously optimize email marketing campaigns
- Implement, explore and adopt marketing channels for CRM programs such as Whatsapp, Zalo, etc.
- Develop entire funnel leads tracking capability

Who We Are Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in CRM Marketing or Marketing Automation role, preferably experienced in B2B Marketing
- Have experience in operating CRM Marketing software such as Hubspot, Braze, etc.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Should have an eye for detail with an analytical mindset.
- Good working knowledge and understanding of consumer journeys and digital channels.
