As our CRM Specialist, you will be required to demonstrate sensible business acumen to plan sales campaign & activation, as well as the necessary technical skill sets: data crunching, campaign performance analysis, marketing tools usage such as but not limited to: email, SMS/whatsapp marketing (include basic copywriting), well known about marketing tools (Insider, Mailchimp, etc), and other direct marketing, relevant experience within fintech and or P2P companies will be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute email marketing, In-app notification and SMS/whatsapp campaign (include create copy, filter target segment).
- Plan and define marketplace and/or promotional campaigns.
- Design a CRM journey and channels optimization using Martech tools (Insider, Mailchimp, etc) in Amartha App and APlus (borrowers app)
- Execute the journey set up on the tools and manage all engagement related awareness and/or sales campaign
- Create brief and supervise the outcomes of the CRM design to the creative team (Designer & Copywriter)
- Monitor user journey performance [open rate, CTR, etc]
- Coordinate with Funding and Customer Experience team to improve lenders’ investment anad borrowers’ experience
- Should have at least 2 years of experience as CRM Specialist, Campaign Planner, Product Marketing, or other relevant roles
- Should have at least a bachelor degree in the related field (Business/Management/Finance etc)
- Proficient with Microsoft excel, google sheet, and data analytics tools for generating insights.
- Proficient with digital marketing tools i.e. Mailchimp, Insider, Appsflyer, SMS/Whatsapp tools, etc
- Past relevant experience in the Financial industry/fintech is highly valued
