About the challenge
Are you a CRM expert looking for a new challenge? Can you lead CRM strategies that boost ROI? Do you thrive on teamwork and managing projects?

We need a CRM Manager who's experienced, flexible, and loves customer relations. You'll run CRM strategies to engage customers and drive sales for top property developers in Indonesia. Collaboration with teams is key for success in this role.

What a day at work for you will look like

  • You will develop and implement acquisition to retention strategies through push notifications, WhatsApp, and email marketing across Lamudi group
  • You will translate business needs from various business units across the different countries Lamudi operates in, into technical requirements and implementation plans
  • You will oversee the technical implementation of CRM/customer engagement initiatives, including setting up automated workflows, triggers, and personalization tactics
  • You will manage content creation and distribution across all CRM channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding
  • You will conduct A/B testing and experiments to refine messaging and tactics for improved results
  • You will work closely with key business stakeholders, cross-functional teams to achieve business goals
  • You will manage team members and develop positive team culture

Is this you?

  • You have min. 7 years of experience in hands-on CRM related roles, performance marketing or consulting
  • Proven business acumen gained from working with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders, with strong technical proficiency with CRM, customer engagement and analytics tools.
  • Analytical mindset with a proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, experienced in conducting A/B testings to improve campaign performance
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in managing owned website/app/SEO content is a plus but not strictly required
