- Responsible for performing preparatory work related to loan disbursement processes.
- Monitor and adjust entries for accruals, amortizations, depreciation, cost/fee deductions, other servicing costs, and fund transfers.
- Maintain daily targets for reviewing incoming applications and adhere to committed service level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify data errors or unreconciled items between reports and data, and prepare bank reconciliations on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Ensure all documentation, approvals, and necessary data are accurately filled out in the system before initiating disbursement.
- Prepare daily disbursement reports in a timely manner using the required template.
- At least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university with an excellent GPA, preferably in accounting/finance/business administration.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lending operations within a financial institution.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word in particular).
- Excellent administrative and documentation skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a genuine passion for thorough data review.
- Demonstrates high levels of responsibility, integrity, commitment, and discipline.
- Strive for excellence and consistently exceed expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to effectively communicate process recommendations within the operational area.
