AYANA Hospitality is a leading hospitality company that owns and manages luxury resorts and hotels in some of the most exotic destinations around the world. We are currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Credit Supervisor to join our team at the AYANA Komodo Resort in Indonesia. As the Credit Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the credit operations for the resort, including monitoring and analyzing credit data, developing credit policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced credit professional who wants to work for a dynamic and growing hospitality company.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise credit operations, ensuring compliance with credit policies and industry regulations.
- Monitor and analyze credit data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and resolve credit issues in coordination with other departments.
- Develop, implement, and maintain credit policies, procedures, and accurate records of credit transactions and customer payments.
- Oversee the collections process to ensure timely payment collection and handle disputes effectively.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on credit operations to management as required.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field with at least 3 years of experience in credit operations within the hospitality industry.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of industry regulations related to credit operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and dispute resolution.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
