Credit Reporting & Monitoring Staff

We seeking a skilled professional to manage the preparation and review of regulatory reports for BI and OJK, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. This role involves coordinating with various departments to gather and verify data, preparing credit-related reports, maintaining regulatory records, and overseeing the implementation of new regulations. The successful candidate will also handle ad hoc projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver reports to the regulator (OJK, BI) accurately & submit it in a timely manner
  • Deliver credit data & reports for internal purposes & stakeholders
  • Recommend & implement enhancement in the business process, including reporting and controlling area with available tools, automation 
  • Keep updated with the latest regulation & coordinate for required development with relevant teams as needed
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in SLIK reporting, regulatory reporting, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in managing cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in reporting software and familiarity with regulatory reporting standards and requirements.
  • Proficiency in data tools (Excel, SQL, and SAS).
  • Experience with BI and OJK reporting is highly desirable.
