Job Description

  • Monitoring on portfolio quality, by looking at trends to make sure the quality is good and if any adverse or potential issues will be analyzed further to find the root cause.

  • Develop, monitor and forecast portfolio management and analyze deeper between actual performance vs forecast in order to ensure the credit risk management strategy is in place and within the credit risk target.

  • Develop methodology and calculating reserves needed for each product and whole portfolio so the risk still can be covered and within the budget.

  • Proactively and regularly monitor actual vs forecast reserve and analyze deeper between actual reserve vs forecast to act quickly if any difference and working together with the credit policy team to improve.

  • Providing internal (for senior management team) and external (i.e regulator, partners) report (presentations and documents) on risk metrics and portfolio management either regular reporting or ad hoc one to support the credit risk team.

  • Providing the money supply team on partner’s request and portfolio management in order to support the money supply projects.

  • Monitoring and maintaining application and behaviour scorecard to ensure the performance of scorecard works as expected and if any changes to to analyze further with the scoring team and come up with action plans.

  • Working closely with the RGM and Finance team in relation to budgeting and reserve as credit risk PIC.

  • Conduct quantitative analysis either plan or ad hoc one in relation to portfolio management and reserve and come up with detailed analysis for the stakeholder that will be used as decision-making.

  • Contribute in building good risk culture in Traveloka PayLater, by regularly conducting formal discussions with other teams regarding issues in risk and its impact to the business. 

Requirements

  • 5 years working in Financial Institutions with minimum 2-3 years work experience related to financial analytics, portfolio management and provisioning especially PSAK71 

  • Experienced in creating senior-level presentations materials, and complex yet clear reports. 

  • Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.

  • Comfortable in using statistical analytic tool (i.e. SQL, DOMO) or any similar tools.

  • Experienced in financial analysis, portfolio management and strong analytical skills.

  • MS-Office and G-Suite. 

  • Self-starter, adaptive to dynamic changes, punctual in deliveries, good self-management, proactive, meticulous, and self-motivated.Minimum 2-3 years work experience related to financial analytics, portfolio management and provisioning especially PSAK71 and minimum 5 years working in Financial Institutions.

  • Experience in Micro, SME portfolio
