About the Job

You will be part of the team responsible to drive new business opportunities to Xendit’s lending business. Xendit’s lending products are designed to give our customers access to capital to help them grow, many of which are SMEs and startups that can’t get loans from banks or other traditional financial institutions. Our lending business tries to fill this gap by providing fast and flexible financing to businesses to fuel their success. We are pioneering a financing system that integrates lending with payments to achieve sustainable growth.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • 2+ years experience in in banks / multifinance / fintech lending companies
  • Broad experience of end to end credit / lending operations lifecycle from diligence, onboarding, collections and special asset management
  • Broad knowledge in risk management (credit, operations and market risks) and lending legal / regulatory framework in Indonesia
  • Proven track record of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and delivering an exceptional customer experience at the same time
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills and personal qualities of integrity, credibility and quality

Expected Outcomes

  • Independently devise an end-to-end credit onboarding operations framework to ensure borrower onboarding can be done 100% within SLA
  • Ensure minimal administrative defects on all borrowers onboarded (all diligence documents obtained and collateral documentations perfected)
  • Devise loan book monitoring / early warning system to ensure potential delinquent borrowers can be identified in real time
  • Devise end-to-end special asset management framework to ensure collateral execution can be done seamlessly (insurance claims, collateral auction, collateral foreclosure, etc)

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end credit onboarding operations process (diligence, credit file archiving, SLIK checking, collateral appraisal and legal documentation)
  • Monitoring accounts (i.e. cash flows, repayments, account behavior, compliance with covenants stipulated in the terms of approval) and ensure that portfolio is within the acceptable credit & compliance standards
  • Manage end-to-end special asset management operations to ensure delinquent borrowers remediation is acted on accordingly and promptly
  • Go above and beyond to contribute to the success of Xendit
  • Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed
