How did it all start?
Founded on March 15, 1991, in Surabaya as PT Anglomas International Bank (Amin Bank), the bank was acquired by Tolaram Group and transformed to PT Bank Amar Indonesia (Amar Bank) in 2014. It has then undergone a significant digital transformation to become one of the country's forerunning fintech institutions through its award-winning digital lending platform, Tunaiku.

Responsibilities:

  • Making a Juridical Analysis Memorandum (MAY) as legal advice
  • Preparing Credit / Loan Documents and collateral documents for loans disbursement
  • Preparing and checking mandatory documents for credit binding. 
  • Making Legal Drafting for credit & collateral agreements that will be signed by the debtor. 
  • Making notary order drafting and submitting the original collateral documents to the notary/PPAT partner for processing 
  • Reviewing notarial deed and collateral binding documents before and after signing.
  • Organize credit binding with business units and notary partners of the Bank.
  • Registering, inputting / deleting the Agrarian National Department online electronic system 
  • Monitoring the progress of input / deletion in the Agrarian and Spatial Planning online electronic system 
  • Receive original credit & collateral agreement documents to submit to the custodian unit 
  • Present at the time of credit binding (if required). 
  • Make a report as instructed by Team Lead / Circle Lead 
  • Monitoring & register administration of credit legal, appraisal, insurance, collateral, notary jobs, external appraisal, update fiduciary, certificate due date, third parties agreement, non performance debtor’s document.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor's degree in Law from a reputable university 
  • Highly analytical, drafting and review document skills
  • Excellence knowledge in Private Law Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Power Point) 
  • Detail oriented and highly organized 
  • Able to work independently or in a team, and giving practical advice / solutions
  • Good on communication skills, verbal and written in English is a plus
  • Able to prepare complex legal documents 
  • Highly responsible for all job descriptions.
