- Reviews customer application to give credit recommendations that can maximize portfolio return, and minimize potential credit loss to the lending business.
- Provide support to the Credit Head in making loan decisions (approval or rejection) for new loans or loan renewals to borrowers.
- Driving implementation of strategies, policies, procedures and guidelines together with risk management in credit area.
- Able to communicate in a clear way the reason of every credit decision to other counterparties.
- Creating key operational matrix in underwriting and operation unit including measuring capacity planning, productivity, SLA and TAT as per committed time.
- At least a bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of credit risk principles, credit loss concepts, and best practices applicable to car lending and commercial loans.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa and English.
- Capable of delivering training and presentations to other units, such as sales, operations, and business teams.
- Able to make well-informed loan decisions and provide recommendations.
