Cloud & Smart Industries Group (CSIG) is responsible for promoting the company's cloud and industry Internet strategy. CSIG explores the interactions between users and industries to create innovative solutions for smart industries via technological advancements such as cloud, AI, and network security. While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.

 

Position Overview

We are now looking for a Country Manager to join our fast growing Tencent Cloud business in Indonesia. He/she will be leading the growth direction for our cloud business across the wider Indonesian market while dedicated to supporting global customers with top-notch cloud products and industry solutions with our focus on security, compliance, and customer service.

 

What you will do in your day-to-day life

  • Build the next phase of growth for the Indonesia Market, including hiring, enabling, empowering the team to be successful
  • Be the representative of Tencent Cloud locally in Indonesia
  • Build up the Pipeline velocity via Marketing Initiatives and Ecosystem play
  • Utilize networking and prospecting skills to generate leads and identify strategic solution based sales opportunities
  • Achieve/exceed sales goals, sustain revenue growth and provide recommendations to enhance account growth and revenue potential.
  • Develop channel/partners – (ISV, Reseller, MSPs etc) ecosystem for Tencent cloud in Indonesia especially in key geographies.
  • Manage, and develop excellent sales and solution architect teams. Set goals and objectives that align with key stakeholders, responsible for team performance reviews.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery and continued customer satisfaction. Convey feedback on prospect requirements and help on product strategy.
  • Maintain and build trusted relationships with clients and partners. Develop good working relationships with relevant government authorities and regulatory parties.
  • Recognized as the thought leader in the digital segments that Tencent targets.

 

What you will bring into the team

  • 15 Years and above in the Enterprise space.
  • 8+ years of sales experience working in technology, strategic consulting or in mobile and Internet industries. 3+ years’ experience in cloud services, working with large accounts.
  • Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Being able to speak Mandarin is a plus
  • Proven Leadership traits and demonstrable results in previous experience in leading teams, building up the GTM Structure, Partner Ecosystem and Process Optimisation.
  • Comfortable in a “Start-Up” environment with minimal handholding.
  • Proven leadership and excellent negotiation skills to develop new clients, grow revenue, and manage accounts.
  • Proven ability to grow revenue and manage accounts
  • Knowledge of Cloud IaaS/PaaS, Security, CDN , SaaS industry and internet space
  • Experience analyzing data, trends and the market to develop key selling points
  • A strategic thinker with the ability to conceptualize broadly across various solutions, yet enjoys operating at hands-on level. Possesses strong sensibility for technology.
  • Outstanding presentation and communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with customer and staff at all levels.
  • Experience articulating complex solutions to decision makers and executives. Strong influencing skills and ability to communicate effectively with different internal departments.
