Cost Control Officer | AYANA MidPlaza, JAKARTA

We are looking for a Cost Control Officer to join our team at AYANA MidPlaza, Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling costs to ensure the profitability and financial stability of the organization. You will gather and analyze financial data, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement measures to optimize expenses. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with cost control policies and procedures. Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze all expenses, including cost of goods sold, operating expenses, and capital expenditures
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose measures to optimize costs
• Prepare and present cost control reports to management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with cost control policies and procedures
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of cost data and identify any discrepancies
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Provide advice and guidance on cost control best practices

• Proven work experience as a Cost Control Officer or similar role
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis
• Excellent attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
• Experience with cost control software is a plus
