About the Role:
The Corporate Strategic Lead will play a critical role in shaping and executing Kuncie's overall strategic vision, driving growth and impact across all market segments (youth and professionals). This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the product and business landscape, a passion for education, and the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Kuncie's overall corporate strategy, aligning with the company's mission and goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the edtech market.
- Lead the strategic planning process, including defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and setting targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, technology) to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Lead strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Analyze data and metrics to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Strategy, or a related field; MBA preferred.
