Job Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and monitor the preparation for business trips and meetings for the Board of Commissioners, the Board of Directors, including transportation assignments, accommodation, and event schedules to support organized preparations.
- Prepare materials, Minute of Meeting, and agendas for General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS), board of directors & management meetings.
- Coordinate and follow up the action plans according to GMS results.
- Prepare and coordinate speech, seminar, or presentation materials and events according to policies and directions.
- Documenting and archiving all memo numbers, outgoing letters, and other related documents.
- Coordinate corporate events such as CSR and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders to maintain a good corporate image.
- Coordinate the preparation and publication of reports according to the policies and applicable regulations of the Company
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields from a reputable university.
- More than 3 years of work experience as a corporate secretary or have experience in the field of office & office administration, and preferably in the finance services industry.
- Deep knowledge in Multi-finance operational activities, general business acumen, BI and OJK regulations and applicable laws
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate and influence both internal and external stakeholders.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa and English (verbal & written).
