Job Description:

1. Submitting any report and/or correspondence to OJK as a follow-up to the company’s changes to the articles of association, shareholders, management, etc.

2. Preparation of fit and proper documentation for submission to OJK

Coordinating and scheduling meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes and follow-up on action items.

3. Assisting in the preparation of board and committee materials.

4. Managing the distribution of information to stakeholders, including shareholders and board members.

5. Maintaining and updating the company’s structure.

6. Preparing the circular resolution for, among others:

-the amendment of company’s articles of association (e.g., increase/decrease of capital) and company’s data (change of BOD and/or BOC), etc.

-annual reports, annual general meeting of shareholders, company’s transaction that requires the shareholders’ approval and other corporate communications.

7. Prepare POAs.

8. Arranging the signing of various corporate documents by the company’s BOD and/or BOC.

9. Maintaining executed agreements and transaction documents and the list of such documents.

10. Maintaining company records, including minutes of meetings and filing documents.

11. Responding to routine inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

12. Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including corporate governance requirements.

13. Perform other duties as assigned.



1. Experience in other major financial institutions (e.g. Bank, Multi Finance etc.) is an advantage.

2. A positive and proactive attitude, with a commitment to providing excellent stakeholder service.

3. Strong organizational and communication skills, both written and spoken.

4. Fluent in English language (written and spoken).

5. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Word and Excel.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.

9. Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

10. A passion for learning and personal growth.
