INDICO is a subsidiary of Telkomsel, Indonesia's leading digital telecom company. INDICO plays a strategic role as a holding company that houses current and prospective vertical digital business portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game). Moving forward INDICO aims to explore opportunities in multiple verticals adjacent to Telkomsel’s digital businesses. What you will do, But not limited to:
- Strategizing and aligning Corporate Strategic Plan of Telkomsel and INDICO as a holding company and transform it to Business Plan
- Cascading the target and OKR of INDICO and each business units
- Manage the activities of monitoring, measuring, and evaluating the impact of implementing financial and non-financial strategies, so that a clear picture of company performance is obtained
- Ensuring INDICO OKR measurement data, achievement quarterly, and create comprehensive report for stakeholder and shareholder
- Working closely with each Head of Business Units to establish a comprehensive strategic roadmap and implement short and long-term objectives and initiatives to drive business results and to provide fact-based thought leadership on key strategic and financial decisions, and other necessary report required.
- Bachelor degree in Finance/Business or any related fields
- Have minimum 5-6 year of work experience in Corporate Planning, Project Management or any related fields, preferably from start-up industry
- Exposure to both strategy and operations side of the business is preferred
- Passionate about learning new things and deal with ambiguity
- High degree of professional ethics and integrity
- Sound judgement and ability to analyse situations and information and displays situational leadership capabilities
- Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation including new regulations
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the aptitude to communicate effectively in both Stakeholders and/or Shareholders
- Able to think creatively, identify, and build support for innovative/outside-the-box solutions.
