Your main duties in flying with us:
- Managing and responsible with all superiors to prepare and control the execution of the business plan
- Driving to achieve target with effective sales activities
- Maintain valuable relationship and develop business with potential markets and networks
- Deliver report, OKR, and KPI to VP
- Monitoring progress and result of corporate sales performance/improvement
- Prepare and propose for product development plan and monitoring the execution from all stakeholders
- Managing and improving corporate team performance to achieve target and company goal
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Minimum 6 years experience in Sales/marketing or Business Development with leadership experience
- Experience working in start up company, especially OTA or similar travel industry background
- Have good corporate network and good corporate relation management
- Requires to have excellent negotiation skill and experience in project management is a plus.
