Corporate Funding Officer - Jakarta

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop potential business opportunities from new and existing customers.
• Promote and market funding products, particularly Deposit and CASA.
• Acquire new customers and achieve funding targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Manage and grow the existing customer portfolio.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Provide excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop and maintain a strong customer network within the corporate segment.
 

Responsibilities

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Funding Officer, preferably handling corporate customers, within the banking industry.
• Strong knowledge and experience in Deposit and CASA products.
• Proven track record in acquiring and managing customer relationships.
• Strong ability to build and maintain customer loyalty.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Owns and is able to develop a strong personal network of customers.
• Excellent selling and business development skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive, and confident.
