Corporate Finance Senior Analyst

As our Corporate Finance Analyst/Sr Analyst you will get a chance to directly involve in strategic projects, with exposure to C levels and key stakeholders. Deep analytical skills, managing multiple projects, and the ability to present insights are a must-have to succeed in this role. Analyst/Sr Analyst level in Amartha is equal to Associate/Sr Associate level in other companies.

Responsibilities

Fundraise and M&A projects, which include:

• Market research
• Creating a fundraising story and presentation slides
• Financial modeling & and projection
• PMO in the due diligence process

Investor relations

• Preparing reports
• Manage good relationship with the counterpart team

• 1-3 working experience
• Experience in financial/business analysis, modeling, projection
• Knowledge of financial reports & accounting principles
• Excellent presentation & communication skills
• Ability to work independently and proactive
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
• Prior consulting, advisory, VC, and corporate finance experience is a major plus
• Passed CFA level 1 test or FMVA certified is a major plus
