As an Intern in supporting the business, you will be involved in various tasks and responsibilities that support the operational aspects specifically for the remittance and voucher games business. You will work under the direct supervision of senior team members and have the opportunity to learn and contribute in a dynamic work environment.
Here are details of the job description for the position:
- Support Daily Operations: You will assist in executing operational tasks related to remittances and voucher games business, such as processing transactions, tracking remittances, and verifying and confirming payments, ensuring compliance with applicable procedures and policies. You will work with systems and software used in the remittance and voucher games business.
- Customer and Partners Relationship Management: You will interact with customers or partners and address their inquiries regarding the remittance service or voucher games business. You will provide adequate customer support and assist in resolving issues or complaints that may arise. Effective communication and good listening skills will be essential in carrying out this task.
- Analysis and Reporting: You will assist in gathering and analyzing data related to remittance transactions, voucher games sales, operational performance, and market trends. You will contribute to preparing reports and presentations that depict the analysis findings and provide recommendations for service improvements.
- Compliance Monitoring: You will support the team in ensuring compliance with regulations and legal requirements related to the remittance and voucher games business.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of digital business, finance, or banking.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to process data accurately.
- Proactive and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software, including spreadsheets and presentations.
- Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
