As our Corporate Finance Analyst you will get a chance to directly involve in Amartha's strategic projects, with exposure to C levels and strategic partners. Deep analytical skills and the ability to present insights are a must-have to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities
- Fundraise and M&A projects, which include:
- Market research / competitor analysis
- Creating a fundraising story and presentation slides
- Financial modelling & projection
- PMO in the due diligence process - Support in investor relations
- Support in strategic ad hoc projects from the C levels
- Should have at least 1 year of working experience
- Experience in financial/business analysis, modelling, projection
- Knowledge in financial reports & accounting principles
- Excellent presentation & communication skills
- Ability to work independently and proactive
- Comfortable working in a complex and face-paced environment
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time
- Prior consulting, advisory, VC, and corporate finance experience will be a major plus
- Passed CFA level 1 will be a plus point
