Corporate & Retail Funding Team Leader (Surabaya - Basuki Rahmat)

Responsibilities

• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities 
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges & leverage growth opportunities
• Network to improvethe presence & reputation of the branch & company
• Promoting & marketing the branch and its product specially funding product
• Responsibility for conducting fund-raising customers (funding)
• Handling customer complain & resolving customer issue as well as provide excellent services to customers
• As a team leader with the responsibility of fulfilling personal targets & in the future will manage the team

Requirement

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any field
• Minimum 5 years experience in the Banking industry especially in funding products
• Experience in Funding Product
• Has experience to develop a team
• Experience in people management skills
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
