This Corporate Account Manager - FMCG to support Corporate Account team to achieve the volume target as the main KPI of corporate sales
Responsibilities
- Achieve the monthly target of parcels volume
- Acquire new shippers and maintain/upsell existing shippers
- Establish and maintain relationships with B2B Finance/Insurance industry
- Prepare action plans and schedules to determine specific sales targets.
- Attend calls/meetings for customer inquiries on time
- Extend excellent customer service by resolving customers’ billing and service problems.
- Prepare price quotations and follow up until closing the deal
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree from any Major
- 3-4 years of B2B sales experience in Finance/Insurance industry
- Have extensive network/database in Finance/Insurance industry is a MUST
