- 3+ years of experience in an advertising agency or tech industry
- Focus and strong attention to detail, updated on current trends
- Able to work well in a team, also independently
- Demonstrated understanding of and curiosity about current and emerging digital channels and platforms
- Capacity to listen, digest and resolve the feedback with creative solutions
