Copy Writer - AYANA Bali

AYANA Hospitality is looking for a talented and passionate Copy Writer for our resort in Bali, with a strong background in hospitality. As a Copy Writer, you will be responsible for creating compelling written content for various mediums and channels, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms, emails, flyers, and brochures. As part of our marketing team, you will be involved in brainstorming sessions, collaborating with designers and marketers, researching and analyzing trends, as well as ensuring all written content aligns with our brand tone and voice. Responsibilities

• Create high-quality, engaging, and persuasive content for website, social media platforms, emails, flyers, brochures, etc.
• Write clear, concise, and error-free copy that aligns with our brand tone and voice.
• Conduct SEO research and analysis to improve organic search rankings and web traffic.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop creative campaign concepts.
• Proofread and edit content for accuracy and consistency.
• Research and analyze market trends and best practices to stay up-to-date with industry standards.
• Manage and update content on the resort’s website, blogs, and social media accounts.

• Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of proven experience in writing and creating content for digital platforms.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge and experience in search engine optimization (SEO).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Passionate and knowledgeable about the hospitality industry.
• Flexible and adaptable, with a can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
