About The Role
The regional coordinator is an activator for ibu agent amartha one who are passionate about increasing income, unfortunately they are not skilled enough to sell online and digital transactions, provide strategies for how to sell, study customer needs, with coverage of 5 point.
Job Description:
- Nurture Awareness of newly registered agents
- Increase Digital Adoption to create habit and maximize profit off AmarthaOne
- Increase Capability by assisting agents who are not used to selling and capital adequacy
- Monitor Transaction activities and target achievement
- Introduce New Features and promotions activities to boost transaction
- Handle 100 AmarthaOne agent within 1 area and responsible for training, monitoring, troubleshoot, and mentoring
- Area coordinator will responsible for transaction target achievement per AmarthaOne agent within 1 area
- At least 2 years work business sales
- Bachelor degree is a must
- An entrepreneurial mindset; Comfortable working in face-paced environment
- Excellent verbal communication skills to various background (HO,FO,Mitra,Agen)
- Have analytic ability to see data
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams
- Experienced in Microsoft Presentation and excel
- Able to work in multiple locations and open to relocation
