Xendit provides payment infrastructure across Southeast Asia, with a focus on Indonesia and the Philippines. We process payments, power marketplaces, disburse payroll and loans, provide KYC solutions, prevent fraud, and help businesses grow exponentially. We serve our customers by providing a suite of world-class APIs, eCommerce platform integrations, and easy to use applications for individual entrepreneurs, SMEs, and enterprises alike.

You will play a crucial part in assisting and overseeing our operations organization in Xendit. As your role expands, you may also be involved in external projects that involve our merchants, partners and regulators.

Sitting in the COO Office, you would be responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders to facilitate projects and drive business outcomes. 

Outcomes

  • Project manage high-impact company-wide initiatives at Xendit to support 25% MoM growth
    • Effectively coordinate and streamline communications
    • Collaborate constantly with our senior management team to ensure alignment on goals
  • Assist the COO with day-to-day operations 
    • Fill resource gaps in teams across the operations organization
    • Coach team leads to lead effectively
    • Implement and facilitate training programs to continuously support upskilling of team members
    • Facilitate collaboration between operations teams 
  • Research and analysis
    • Analyse data to recommend improvements to processes, internal tools and Xendit products
    • Produce structured, concise and insightful documentation to drive buy-in and execution
    • Execute proposed solutions to ensure problems are solved
  • Do whatever it takes for Xendit to succeed

Job Qualifications

  • You have 3 - 6 years’ working experience in Project Management, Business Strategy or Management Consulting 
  • You have experience managing finance and/or operations-centric initiatives
  • You have experience managing complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • You can effectively manage multiple priorities and stakeholders while maintaining a high quality of work 
  • You are able to understand big picture perspective quickly, but are also able to identify key areas to focus on
  • You are comfortable with making documents/ slide decks
  • You have great attention to detail
  • You effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high quality of work 
  • You are a creative hustler -- you might not have done it before, but you're willing to try something different to get it done
  • You are an exceptional communicator and work well with cross-functional teams 
  • You thrive on autonomy and have proven you can push towards a goal by yourself
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked for a fast-paced high growth startup before
