Content Specialist

Job Description

• Conceptualize, manage, and create content ideas in multiple formats, including carousel posts, reels, and videos
• Own the execution and production coordination of content across ARQAM Accelerator brand.
• Working with our internal and external expert sources, you’ll turn their expertise into engaging educational content ideas and production that will fill our target audience’s knowledge gaps. 
• Working closely with the internal team, you’ll be creating educational content and coming up with compelling story ideas related to our business, our market and target audiences, to drive brand awareness and engagement. 
• Measure and evaluate the impact of each content production. 

Requirments

• Bachelor’s degree from Entrepreneurship, Business Management, Islamic Economics, Media and Communications/Journalism/Literature/Arts and Design major or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia. At least 3 years of proven experience creating engaging and/or educational static and video content about business, entrepreneurship, and/or the economy.
• Demonstrated keen interest in developing new skills and learning new knowledge 
• Experienced in handling multiple projects going at any one time, you are calm under pressure and a well-organized person. 
• Collaboration is something you do well, proven with extensive organizational and project management experience.
• Proven graphic design and video editing skills would be a great advantage. 
• Good fit with ALAMI Group culture would be a big plus.
