About the role

This Employer Branding Content Creator plays a pivotal role in shaping the company's narrative, engaging the audience, and strengthening the overall employer brand.

Responsibilities

1. Develop interesting and authentic content that showcases our company culture, values, and employee stories across different online platforms.
2. Craft visually appealing multimedia content, including graphics and images, to enhance our employer brand narrative, staying current with ongoing trends.
3. Work closely with talent acquisition and marketing teams to ensure that content aligns seamlessly with our overall branding strategies.
4. Take charge of managing social media platforms TikTok, and Instagram @lIfeatamartha to effectively spotlight our employer brand and engage with our target audience.
5. Attend and cover company events, conferences, and industry gatherings, capturing content that mirrors our company culture and employer brand.
6. Collaborate with fellow employees to collect testimonials, success stories, and behind-the-scenes content, adding a human touch to our brand.

Qualifications

1. 2+ years of experience in content creation, with a preference for those who have developed personal content.
2. Showcase a creative talent through a portfolio featuring previous content creation work.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in graphic design, video editing, and familiarity with various content creation tools and software.
4. Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey our employer brand message.
5. Show the ability to adapt content strategies to changing trends and the evolving preferences of our audience.
6. Stay current with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, and content creation to ensure our strategies remain fresh and effective.
