About This Role
We’re looking for a Consultant Leader with both recruitment experience and leadership skills to join our International Sales team, to help lead the team in supporting our overseas partners to hire the best Indonesian talents using our cross-border recruitment service.
Using your ability to communicate in a professional manner in English, you will be leading a team to shortlist prospective talents for our clients/hiring partners and help them to fulfil their hiring needs, while achieving the team targets.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and manage a team of recruitment consultants
- Drive team productivity and results by maintaining the team targets
- Maintain a good relationship with clients by building trust and reliability through services
- Manage and support internal team productivity system and administration of the recruitment process
Who We Are Looking For
- A confident and effective communicator (Fluency in English is a must because you will be using English on daily basis)
- Possesses leadership skill
- Has solid persuasion and negotiation skills (proven experience in applying this skill in previous working experiences)
- Target-driven and unafraid of new challenges
- Has experience in Technical/IT position recruitment
- Able to handle multiple streams of work while focusing on key priorities
