This role exists to fulfill compliance requirements and maintain the relationship between BukuWarung/PT Rafana Remitindo to Bank Indonesia, including (but not limited to), maintaining and assisting in reporting obligations (periodic/incidentals), maintaining standard AML CTF requirements and other compliances to any of applicable laws and regulations.
Key results indicators for this role are:
● Submit monthly, quarterly and yearly reports to Bank Indonesia, as follows :
● Laporan Transaksi Bulanan;
● Laporan Penanganan Fraud;
● Laporan Penanganan Keluhan Nasabah;
● Laporan Rencana Edukasi Nasabah;
● Laporan Realisasi Rencana Edukasi Nasabah;
● Laporan Rencana Bisnis Tahunan;
● Laporan Hasil Pengawasan Manajemen;
● Laporan Penerapan APU PPT;
● Other relevant and required reportings to Bank Indonesia
● Submit a confirmation to Densus 88 in regards of Terrorist match;
● Provide AML/CTF training to BukuWarung/PT Rafana Remitindo;
● Perform a Transaction Monitoring of users that using the transfer features;
● Submit the reports to PPATK as follows :
● STR/SAR (if any);
● SIPESAT;
● SIPENDAR;
● Other relevant reports to PPATK
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintaining good relationship with the regulators - specifically Bank Indonesia and make sure the reports are submitted on time;
- PIC/representative of BukuWarung/PT Rafana Remitindo in Cirebon, including (but not limited to) receiving and following up complaints from walk-in users and maintaining documentations from Bank Indonesia;
- Assisting during audits
- Provide a full support to any of the company’s initiatives to obtain license whether it’s on PT Rafana Remitindo or BukuWarung’sHolding Company
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree, in any major
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Compliance, preferably in Financial Institutions/Payment Service Providers
- Understand the requirements of reportings to Bank Indonesia
- Understand the requirements of PPATK
- Understand the requirements of risk measures in a payment company
- Have good communication skills for communicating with the regulators
- Good team player
