Compliance Jr Specialist

Your main duties in flying with us:

• Support the compliance team in conducting regulatory research and analysis to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Help to develop and implement compliance procedures, and controls.
• Assist in conducting compliance reviews and assessments of the company's operations, processes, and systems.
• Monitor and analyze changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends to ensure that the company's compliance efforts remain up-to-date and effective.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to promote a culture of compliance and ethical behavior.
• Participate in training and education programs related to compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance-related documentation, including procedures, and working instruction
• Support the compliance team in other projects and initiatives as needed.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions and communications.

Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, HI - (Hubungan International), or law.
• 0-2 years of experience in compliance or a related field.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others across different teams and departments.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing circumstances.
• Comfortable working with confidential information and maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges as needed.
