About the role
As a compliance apprentice, you can participate in Company鈥檚 compliance, where compliance includes reporting obligations to regulators, compliance obligations for every action taken by the company.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the Company's reporting obligations to regulators
- Prepare documents, conduct research and thereby provide strategy and legal opinion to superiors
- Analyze legal notices and ensure timely and appropriate responses
- Create and prepare contracts
- Arrange various documents that may be needed during work by Legal & Compliance team
- Provide regular updates to superiors
- Monitor the latest rules or regulations from regulators
- Should at least a student in 3rd or 4th year of studying Law
- Effective interpersonal and fast learning skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Multitasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
