Compliance APU - PPT

·      Reviewing policies and or procedures to ensure that internal policies/procedures are in accordance with prudential principles and the provisions of OJK, Bank Indonesia, and other applicable laws and regulations;

·      Monitor and maintain the fulfilment of agreements and commitments to OJK, and report the progress and corrective actions that have been implemented to OJK;

·      Monitoring the implementation and implementation of GCG in all work units;

·      Evaluate the implementation of compliance culture by holding meetings with all staff once a year;

·      Regularly update compliance policies and procedures;

·      Coordinate with the Risk Management Unit in identifying, measuring, monitoring, and controlling compliance risk;

·      Implement APU and PPT training and socialization programs for employees consisting of : (Basic training/APU-PPT introduction program; Refreshment related to the implementation of the APU-PPT Program for employees)

·      Ensure that all Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML and CFT) programs are implemented in accordance with applicable regulations, including:

(Monitoring transactions such as Cash Transaction Report (CTR) and Suspicious Transaction Report (STR); Examine the application of the Supervisory Authority and other related agencies; Update APU-PPT Policies and Procedures regularly; Provide training to each employee; Monitoring of data updating; Carry out reporting activities on the Cash Transaction Report (CTR) and Suspicious Transaction Report (STR))

·      Follow up data requests from the competent authorities and correspondent banks.
