The Role

We're looking for an experienced Human Resource Administrator/Specialist to look after our people in Indonesia, ensuring that our paperwork is always up to date, payroll and benefits are managed with perfection and that our people can fully focus on what matters most to them. The role will focus on administrative and operational duties that has a direct impact on more than 500 employees. 

Outcomes

  • Payroll, Ensure people are paid, perfectly and on time
    • Run monthly indonesian payroll, on time and without errors
    • Work with the finance team to ensure all taxes, reporting, and execution of payments are completed in a timely manner
    • Own BPJS from start to finish
    • Respond to and resolve employee pay-related enquiries
  • Benefit Management
    • Run our benefits programs including Health Insurance and Xenshop
  • Other Admin
    • Ensure data accuracy in our HRIS (Bamboohr)
    • Answer all the question from employee regarding Benefits and or HR things on timely and polite manner
    • Own all HR paperwork, including the issuance, collection and storage of confidentiality agreements, contracts and other related HR materials.
    • Monitoring the ITAS renewal for all the expatriate employees
    • Any other adhoc queries
  • Do whatever it takes to make Xendit succeed

Experience

  • Have owned and been fully responsible for execution of the HR administration process
  • Have 2+ years of experience in a HR Admin Role, in Indonesia (such as HR Manager, HR Administrator, Payroll Specialist, HR Generalist)
  • Love process, organization and have successfully operated HR admin for a company like a well-oiled machine
  • Are quick to build rapport and trust with everyone, regardless of culture, personality or country of origin
  • Are passionate about helping others, and will go the extra mile to make sure people feel heard and happy in their place of work
  • Thrive on autonomy and have proven you can push towards a goal by yourself
  • Communicate well across teams
  • Bonus point if you’ve worked in a startup before or have scaled culture and HR rapidly (think 100% headcount growth YOY) and have experience in handling regional payroll in Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand

Relevant Skills

  • Must - fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Must - Advanced skills in Ms. Excel or Google Sheets
  • Must - Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field
  • Must - Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
  • Must - Trustworthy, Independent
  • Optional - Excellent communication skills
