What does it look like one year from now?

  • You have successfully administered payroll (Data maintenance, Salary Calculation, Incentive calculation, Payment Processing).
  • You liaised with internal & external stakeholders to manage the end to end processing of the monthly payroll in a timely and accurate manner and ensure the compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislative requirements;
  • You have prepared payment report especially for Operation Payroll on a regular basis
  • You have worked collaboratively with the People Ops and Accounting team for payroll and benefits (private medical insurance) administration.
  • You are successfully recording the details of employee NPWP, BPJS Employment & BPJS health.
  • Proactively optimized current payroll processes to improve efficiency and enhance employee experience;
  • Maintain employee files and records both offline or online platform
  • Supports People Ops projects as needed

About you

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in payroll operation in a fast paced, high growth organization.
  • Experience in managing HRIS and Payroll system
  • Experience working with actuarial related to PSAK 24 (Employee Benefit)
  • Good Knowledge of Indonesian social insurance system, social security and income tax (WHT 21 for payroll and non payroll)
  • A multitasker and problem solver, with the ability to work under pressure;
  • Ability to deal with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication that is clear, well-organized, and demonstrates an understanding of audience needs
  • Dealing with ambiguity and fast paced changes while maintaining quality output
  • Advance in data analytic and excel
