This role exists to create Compensation, Benefits and Equity policies and programs within BukuWarung that ensures internal parity & external competitiveness, to motivate #BukuTeam to achieve optimal performance.

Core Responsibilities :

  • Manage Payroll and Compliance for Indonesia, India and Singapore employee.
  • Track, monitor, report, and support implementation of new (or key changes to existing) global C&B programs and processes, testing designs to validate applicability to local market situations, and ensuring appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines.
  • Conduct regular quality audits (processes, data quality, etc.) on compensation & benefits and suggest improvements.
  • Manage monthly and quarterly reporting for Finance and People Team.
  • Serves as an advisor to BukuWarung People & TA  teams as needed in all aspects of compensation planning and administration processes.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and industry trends to ensure our benefits offerings remain attractive and compliant.
  • Have a deep understanding of labor laws and regulations in Southeast Asia. Understanding of India and Singapore would be a plus.
  • Ensure company-wide compliance with all relevant labor laws, including taxation, social security, and other statutory requirements.
  • Handle administration of ESOP on ESOP platforms like addition and deletion of employees in a timely manner.

Qualifications :

  • 5-7 years in Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefit) function in a SEA fast-paced and high growth environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS software- Darwinbox and data analysis tools like excel.
  • Total rewards management - including fixed & variable compensation, benefits, equity programs, and awards.
  • Knowledge and understanding of current labor laws in regard to compensation & benefits in Indonesia. Understanding of Singapore and India would be a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
