The Amar Bank Compensation & Benefits Intern is responsible for assisting in the fulfillment of company and employee data. The Compensation & Benefits Intern will report to the People Function who will collaborate with other functions also and will assist with the development and administration of Amar Bank needs and a variety of other tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
- This position will support the Compensation & Benefits People Function Team.
- Handle’s HR Database such as : Employee Contracts, Employee Data (to ensure all data are valid and up-to-date).
- Helping with daily's reports.
- Doing administrative work and inputting data.
Requirements
- Candidates must be at least in the 6th semester of a Bachelor's from reputable universities majoring in Management, Human Resource Management, or equivalent (Fresh graduates are welcome)
- Required skill(s): Administration, good interpersonal and Google Tools
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
- Highly proactive and possess attention to detail.
- Willing to work for 3-6 months
