Responsibilities
- Responsible for evaluating and re-evaluating for the job position to ensure that the salary or pay scheme are based on the procedures and workload/job evaluations align with the company range.
- Managing pay rates for the new hire, existing employee based on the cycle (Promotion, Mutation, Demotion, Counter offers, Returnee, etc) through determining the employee compensation and increment rate are based on the budgeting plan.
- Distribute letter to employee after every cycle of employee status change
- Cooperate with Special Project to conduct annual C&B survey as part of employee engagement
- Design communication plan and prepare material (slide deck) for internal communication
- Assess needs for benefit program that need assistance from third party
- Source strategic partner and maintain good relationship with each PIC to ensure every program is executed smoothly
- Analyze and evaluate job profile and make suggestion of competitive rewards proposal, including salary, incentives & benefits
Requirements
- Min Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Experience as a Compensation & Benefit Specialist or Generalist min 5 years of experiences
- Having knowledge and experience in job evaluation, compensation modelling, salary survey methodologies, and business partnering
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail.
- Excellent mathematics, Ms. Excel and communication skills
- Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality
