The Role

As a chef in our company you will be  responsible for managing staff meals production for approx more than 500 employees, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Each meal time you will have to provide 2 different menus which are Indonesian food and healthy western. You will be working with  1 helper and 1 chef. The area you will be involved in includes menu planning, purchasement, preparation, and everything through the whole production process. You will be expected to be able to produce stable and better quality even if the number of production increases.

  • Provide tasty, hygienic, and healthy foods for Xendit Staff’s meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner)

You may be a good fit if

  • Education:
    • Diploma or SMK in culinary AND minimum of 1 year of experience working in a food production
  • The strongest candidates will have worked:
    • in a events & catering company
    • in a restaurant that serves more than 50 guests in a sitting
  • You are happy doing all kitchen work from menu cooking and cleanup
  • You care a lot about health and food safety
  • You work well independently, without any guidance
  • You get along easily with people of varying backgrounds/education
  • You communicate well across teams, in both English and Bahasa
