We’re looking for a Community Operations Intern to join our Community Team where you will support the operational and administrative tasks. Using your operational and administrative skill set, you will also be responsible to maintain the daily classes created to help Community Associate to hit the classes supply. Besides the operational task, you will be expected as well to give a regular evaluation of the overall process to contribute to the building process of the program. You will be an important part of Glints ExpertClass's journey to become the #1 “Go-To-Destination” for young professionals to develop their skill set to meet industry needs and realize their potential.
What You'll be Doing
- Supporting the classes creation operational process
- Ensuring the reporting process for all the classes details
- Maintaining the satisfaction of the attendees and solving the complaint from customer relations
- Do regular evaluation for the overall process to contribute to the building process of the program
Requirement
- Final year or fresh graduate student
- Preferably have experience in Event or Project Management
- Have a strong analytical thinking, high spirit, and ability to work accurately and in a detailed way
- Understand how to run Office & Google Suite (Google Sheets/Excel is a must)
- Persistent in doing repetitive tasks
- Good in English both oral and written
- Able to join the team as soon as possible
