Community Operations & Management Lead

We’re looking for a Community Operations & Management Lead to join our Glints ExpertClass team, to create an upskilling center ecosystem for everyone, everywhere. You will be leading the Glints ExpertClass (GEC) Community Team and work directly with our Glints ExpertClass Business Lead to shape the GEC team’s growth and strategy.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the supply of Glints ExpertClass classes, contribution margin, and ensure that all classes created are meeting demand needs
- Acquire prominent, credible experts to join in our mission of developing our learners’ career journeys
- Manage the Glints ExpertClass Community Team, including developing and grooming team members to increase their productivity and performance
- Manage program operations, including ensuring that programmes run on schedule and internal processes run smoothly, in close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensuring Glints ExpertClass NPS to create a new standard in the industry

Who We Are Looking For
- 3 - 5+ years of experience in Strategic Operations, Business Operations, Operational Management
- Self-starter, great communication and people skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in data analysis (excel or other data analytics software (amplitude/metabase)
