We’re looking for a Community Management Specialist to join our Growth team, to establish a healthy ecosystem of Indonesia Glints online community *REMOTE WORKING*
What You’ll Be Doing
You will become the liaison between Glints and its audience to onboard content creators to join Glints Community and create career-related PGC. Using excellent communication skills and community management expertise, you will curate, connect, engage, and maintain relationships with the community members to achieve a great collaboration through high-quality PGC.
In this role, you will:
- Be the representative of Glints Community to the working professionals that we want to connect, engage, and maintain regularly as one of the key players in the Professional Generated Content engine.
- Develop a content plan by following existing guidelines to ensure it’s relevant to the targeted audience and suits the working professionals’ expertise and industries.
- Manage a good relationship with Glints Community users, not limited to the creators, to gain a better understanding of a sustainable Glints Community.
- Monitor and improve the PGC performance to drive retention on the Glints mobile app.

Who We Are Looking For
- Min. 2 year of experience in KOL/influencer management or community marketing
- Excellent skill of communication (verbal & written) both Indonesian and English
- Project management skills and able to work within deadlines
- Have a basic content writing principles
- Have strong analytical thinking
- Able to work accurately and in an organized way
