Our first brand ''Somethinc'' was founded in 2019, is currently the #1 skincare brand in e-commerce & modern trade with >1M social media followings. Our second brand Glowinc is breaking the boundaries by offering genderless products at affordable prices. Our offline/online commerce Beautyhaul is the core for carrying multiple brands that we have directly to our customers. We are incubating more and more business models in our platform and aim to be a strong regional player in the beauty, within the South Asia region.
Job Description:
- Lead the community management team
- Maintaining engagement and activation in Somethinc & Beautyhaul community
- Held offline & online event for community to maintain community engagement
- Manage & nurture member to increase brand loyalty & advocacy
- Engaging & communicating with community members via social media content
- Strategize & execute in the process of campaign contribution
Requirements:
- Diploma 3 or bachelor degree from any major
- Have a prior experience working as a community management is a must
- Have a good communication skill
- Creative, love to mingle & enhance the relationship
- Beauty enthusiast, has knowledge or experience to maintain beauty community.
- Able to work under flexible timeline & conditions
- Willing to work from office (monday - friday, 9 to 5). Our office is located at Blugreen Integrated Office, Puri Kembangan, Jakarta Barat.
