We’re looking for Community Management Intern to join our Glints ExpertClass team, to support the Glints ExpertClass demand-led team. Community Management Intern will assist the demand-led team to provide class supplies with curated experts from acquiring the experts, preparing the class, conducting the class, and post-class reporting. The aim is to achieve a certain numbers of class supply in demand-led team
You will support the class supplies. Using your communication skill set to connect with professionals and acquire them to become our experts. You will also use your project management skill to create a certain number of events to grow our business. You will collaborate with the Community Associate to reach demand-led team target.
In this role, you will:
- Acquisition: Acquire grade A professionals to join as the experts
- Class Creation: Create classes to provide various class options for learners
- Operations Support: Maintain and handle the end to end process for each class created
- Campaign Operations: Maintain and assist in the campaign process on Expertclass
- Supporting Signature Events: Help signature events core team to ensure the events are running smoothly
