About the Role
We are looking for a savvy event & content specialist to create and develop the education and engaging event for our community. You'll work closely with Community Manager to research and define community event strategy, manage the community program and publishing process in daily basis, and monitor consumer and content metrics. To ensure success as a community event specialist, you should show a keen eye for detail and be highly creative. A skilled event specialist should be expert in event management and possess excellent knowledge of consumer and content trends. You will also assist in any community initiative, act as a community moderator & be the face of our community.
What Will You Do:
- Strategize, manage, and execute event strategy to ensure community engagement (starting from preparation, implementation, and evaluation)
- Develop creative ideas, concept, and calendar activities for community (include events, programs and community content)
- Planning for potential scenarios that could impact the integrity of the event
- Maintaining a working knowledge of the complex needs of a wide variety of events
- Work with other teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities for community program/event strategy & execution process
- Track & measure the impact of every community event & program that align with team goals
- Be the face of community in any community event and program
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience in event management, training and educational program, preferably from e-commerce, FMCG, or other digital natives companies
- Interest in and experience with digitally-enabled learning
- Ability to produce creative event with high-quality content in accordance with the timeline
- Active thinking, accepting new things, and having strong creative copywriting skills
- Having great ability in public speaking and written interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Growth mindset and willingness to learn and promote new philosophies to impact the customer that we serve
- Love engaging with people, creative thinkers and have an outgoing personality.
