POSITION DETAILS
We are looking for a passionate, high-performing individual to join a collaborative program team of Delterra colleagues, external staff, and local partners in Indonesia as Community Capability Building & Education Senior Coordinator.
When it comes to capability and capacity building in waste management, educating community about the importance of waste management systems and implementing effective ways of working at the village and regency level facilities on the ground is one of the key factors to make it successful.
Community Capability Building & Education Senior Coordinator focuses on building knowledge and skills development through community engagement (such as training, empowerment, and socialization) to communities on both village and regency level. Our goal is to enhance all capability building activities that will have a meaningful and purposeful long-term outcome.
