About This Role
We’re looking for Community Associates to join our Glints ExpertClass team. Community Associates will have the responsibility of managing the end-to-end process of creating classes and maintaining engagement with experts and learners.
What You'll Be Doing
You will have a scope of work that involves contacting experts, preparing class materials, and ensuring the post-class process goes well. The main goal of this role is to ensure the steady creation of classes on a monthly basis.
In this role, you will:
- Create classes to be listed on Glints ExpertClass marketplace on a monthly basis
- Regularly engage experts and learners to ensure their satisfaction and build their loyalty to the Glints ExpertClass brand
- Manage the reporting process for all classes details
- Collaborate to create LMS: Create one Learning management system to integrate the on-demand program
- Collaborate to create Mentorship on Glints’ App: Move 1st marketing channel for mentorship program on Glints’ app
- Handling mentorship program: Handle all mentorship end to end processes for the new sessions booked

- 1-2 years of experience in community/online event management, fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills
