Community Associate

Community Associate role will have 2 main focuses:

• Building a funnel of partners for Beam Indo to work with. These will include 2 types of partnerships, ie small partners (parking spots in front of restaurants or hotels) & big partners (developers or private cities for large scale deployments)
• Managing beam’s community of riders and be in the internal champion or voice for riders

This role will work very closely with the operations team in Indo while getting support and guidance from the Community teams in other markets

Responsibilities

• Identify and build strategic partnerships with developers and private city owners to pave a path for Beam to expand to more areas in Indo
• In existing cities, build partnership programme with restaurants, cafes, hotels for beam to work with in setting up private parking spots
• Work with the operations team to communicate on going promotions and campaigns to the growing rider base
• Keep rider base engaged through socials
• Own and execute the marketing function independently with existing marketing assets
• As the community function grows, so will the team. If the candidate is capable, they will eventually lead the community team within Beam Indo

• 2-3 years' experience in partnerships or campaign/digital marketing
• Past experience of managing some kind of community. Able to demonstrate how their contribution improved relations between a company and a community.
• Good understanding of relevant social media and experience of managing communities through social platforms.
• A good blend of creativity and execution excellence.
• An analytical and structured thinker.
• Able to work collaboratively and has good social skills.
